BCA Shortlist 2014

BCA Nominee

Each year the British Comic Awards Committee read hundreds of comics from a longlist of eligible titles submitted by the reading public and the creators and publishers themselves. These range from single issues to daily webcomics, weekly anthologies to epic graphic novels. The sheer volume and diversity of British comics grows ever more impressive each year and so it is an ever more difficult task to compare them all and select the 5 best titles in each of our categories. There was a wide range of work voted for this year but in the end it was these 15 titles and 5 upcoming creators that came out on top. We are very proud to present this year’s British Comic Award Shortlist.
